Return/Exchange

Procedure for the return or exchange of a garment

By delivery to our offices 

• Fill out the form and email it to us. We will prepare the clothes according to the form

and send them directly to your home or workplace as soon as we receive the clothes 

you want to exchange at our offices.

 

You can use a carrier or mail service at your own expense, or you can use our Purolator

transport service. See this page for both options. If it is for an exchange, it will be two

fees; the first shipment to our offices and the second shipment for the return to your

address, so you must select the option «Two way shipping». If it is only for a return, you

must select the option «One way shipping». You must allow between 5 to 10 business 

days for us to make the exchange. You also have the option to come, by appointment

only, to make your exchange directly at our offices. You can make an appointment either

• Important : the garments must not have been worn, washed or altered.
Otherwise, we will not accept the exchange nor refund you.
